This dealership is the total package. Quality cars, great customer service from purchase to service and body work. Family owned (Weaver) for many years! Constantly upgrading and improving the customers experience. Cooperative arrangement with GEICO (Express) to streamline body work claims with an Enterprise rental service on site! Comfortable showroom and service waiting areas are always well stocked with quality beverages, fresh fruit and USA today.

Purchased my TL in 12/11. Vehicle came with "free maintenance" for 50k/4y. Purchased an extended warranty for 100k miles for $2k.
What they don't tell you is your oil changes are "free" but there is a "inspection fee" every time you need service. You have to have this inspection to keep warranty. This fee pays for the oil changes and more.
Brought car in for a service indicator light. Vehicle pass the regular warranty period. Thought it was covered under the extended warranty because it was sold as "bumper to bumper". Service dept requires a $100+ inspection fee for his "Techs time" just to find out if it is covered. At dealer now. Not sure if it's covered. Either way it cost me $100+ for something that was sold as 0.
My bad for not reading the agreement throughly. Can't trust this dealer's sales or service people. Feel dirty every time I leave here. Again, my fault, but can't use company that do business like this. - Tom G.Hampstead, MD0711/19/2016
I drove over 60 miles to this dealership because they said they would beat another dealer's price. The rep who made this promise wasn't available when I got there, even though I had an appointment. They wouldn't even come close to matching the price of another almost identical car. It seems like they will just say anything to get you to come, but won't back it up. A manager sent a follow up letter to pretend like he cared, but he wouldn't respond to my e-mails or call when he said he would. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the guy who took me on a test drive was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car.

I recently purchased an RDX and had nothing but a pleasant experience with this dealership. Kaveh, the sales manager, was extremely accommodating, attentive, and was true to his word throughout the whole process. Any questions we had regarding finalizing everything and getting our plates were handled promptly by both phone and email. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the customer service from Chevy Chase Acura.

I was traveling and had an issue with my car. I went to the closest dealership, which was Chevy Chase Acura. I was blown away by their service staff and how friendly they were. Very professional, and they actually cared about me because I would have paid just about anything to get the car fixed. They fixed my tire, didn't try to sell me anything else, and got me on the road quickly. AND I got a free car wash and vacuum. Awesome people, best dealership experience you could ask for. Thank you to the entire team there.

Horrible service. I took my car Acura tsx in last week to get a routine oil change and was told that I had a few things that needed to be done asap and were urgent. I was not given the option to do these things at a later time instead the service rep said $261 is your total. I was like wait no options. I was then told they atleast had a $20 coupon, but no coupon was put on my bill. Horrible experience and get this I received with my paperwork a sheet saying I had a fee additional items requiring immediate assistance. Mind you I took my car in March because something didnt feel right and they told that nothing was needed and my car would let me know when it required attention. I cannot help but think would I be out of the money if they had just saw my car then.

My girlfriend took her car to these guys for a standard service. She came home and told me the service department recommended new rear brakes immediately. I knew that she was a little aggressive when driving but the car has only 30k miles and is rarely driven. BTW, new rear brakes were quoted for 400$(funny). I found this to be fishy to say the least. So, I decide to check a couple other shops and found one that had 5 star reviews. Turns out I was right. The car didn't need brakes, not even close! Please do not go to this place, THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

I am really upset with the service department I call to make an appointment to have my car repair for a recall they confirm the appointment a day before and the day of the appointment I went in and they told that they don't have the part and that they don't know when they going to get the part,when they told me that they have the part an stock I really don't get it they waste my time and took a day of work just to get this done and now I have to wait don't know how long but they will call they say I bought 4 cars from this dealership not anymore

So we bought our 2014 Acura MDX from Chevy Chase in 2014 and it has been in and out of the service department. From clicking noise, they couldn't figure out, to a hot air issue which they tried to say was normal. After talking to corporate they finally found the issue and fixed it. Then water coming in behind the dash and a loose tire rack under the back. The final thing was the TPMS/Keyless error that was caused by a broken antenna inside the back bumper. Due to the issues, we purchased an extended warranty and when they fixed the TPMS/Keyless error they didn't even call to make the claim. Instead they called us and told us it would cost us $370.00 because the warranty company supposedly stated it wasn't covered. However, we had been told it was and after a phone conference with both warranty and dealership we got it paid. It is funny the dealership wanted to charge us $370, however, the warranty company stated that the job costed only $187. So grateful for our extended service. Chevy Chase tried to rip us off with $370 dollars -- almost double on what the warranty company actually paid. We will be looking for another service center. My Ridgeline and Civic never had these issue.
