I ordered the veal chop it was not tender and over cooked. They took it back to bring me a rib eye which was also $70! That was dry and not st all a $70 steak. While I waited for my veal to be replaced my husband’s entree and our two side dishes were cold. The service was slow and the overall experience was disappointing. We have gone to this restaurant several times over the past few years. It has always been one of my favorites. Not anymore! I realize a restaurant could have s bad night, but management could have cared less!!’ Won’t be going back !

I always enjoy my meal when I go here services excellent like really upscale food is always perfectly prepared. Presentation is good and it was a birthday and they gave me a lovely birthday dessert. Can’t wait to come back again.

Last minute reservation, was look for some Steak and Seafood. Great option, but not the best the Ribeye I’ve had, I rate it a (7.8 rating).I was cook perfectly medium rare the only right was to eat steak. It was cooked with some char to it gave it some texture when eat it. Liked it. Don’t believe the ribeye was Prime quality though.

Service was outstanding. Ambience was very nice; loved the lighting. Music was a touch too loud. Crab cake and Caesar salad were very good. Loved the slaw that came with the crab cake. The acidity balanced the dish. Branzino was very good. Ribeye was cooked perfectly. The only negative was that one of my oysters had turned bad. Odor was horrific. I thought lt kitchen could have caught it before serving it. I caught it just in time to avoid ingesting it. Maitre d didn’t seem to grasp seriousness. He offered to replace it but no other acknowledgment of the error.

Brian was my server and provided impeccable service without hovering or interrupting. It had been pre pandemic since my last visit. However, the seafood salad was better than I had remembered. All the seafood was cooked to perfection without being chewy or rubbery. The petit filet was seasoned appropriately and cooked to a perfect temperature. The roasted Brussels sprouts were roasted to a delicate crispy texture and were not drowning in sauce. Overall, the Hunt &Fish Club NYC provided a fine dining experience. I can’t wait to return again!

The food was exquisite. I can’t say enough about this establishment. Always so enjoyable. My waiter Brian (very handsome and tall ladies)was very attentive and took the time to explain and describe the menu items. You can’t go wrong!

I recommend to go see the Underground party with live musicians. Last night my dear friend Eli was performing with a 8 people band. It was amazing and I hope they will be back as it was packed!!!

My mom and I were seeing a show and saw the menu here. We were able to sit a few minutes earlier than our reservations. My mom loved her drink (expensive but it's Manhattan $20.) Food was amazing, I had swordfish and my mom the lemon chicken, side dish was the bacon brussel sprouts. Everything was so delicious 😋 they serve you delicious bread while you wait for your food. Staff was amazing! Would definitely come again and recommend.

Place is nice and was pretty quiet when arrived. Ambience was nice and menu diverse. Service was meh. Didn’t pay attention forgot my drink and didn’t tell me about menu at all. Seemed far more focused on other tables. Would have spent more but didn’t because couldn’t order. There were only 5 or other so tables in whole place sat. Drink was WEAK! Did not taste the cognac at all. Bone marrow was pretty good but 1 piece was a bit meager. Steak was fine but I’ve had more flavorful filets. Cook was nice though

It was the very first time that our friends had been to this awesome restaurant. We were greeted in such a friendly manner by the hostesses which really set the tone for the entire evening. Then as soon as our friends entered the restaurant, they were blown away with how beautiful the dining room looked and how elegant the atmosphere was. We were lucky to have a table right in the center of the restaurant. Our server Liam came over with a big friendly smile and greeted us again and welcomed all of us to this wonderful restaurant. He was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu because he answered our questions in such great detail which helped us make our final selections. The crab cocktail & lobster gnocchi were absolutely out of this world and plated so beautifully. The fillet, scallops, salmon and pork chops were so tasty and again the presentation was jaw dropping. The entire table shared the Bombolini which was such a unique & scrumptious dessert. Kudos to the chef for everything which was absolutely top-notch. Liam was the consummate gentleman during dinner. He was extremely attentive and helpful in so many ways. But most of all, his sense of humor kept us entertained all evening long. Dunkin, the manager even came over and rolled his sleeves up and helped serve some of our dishes which we really appreciated. Quite frankly, it was the both of them that really made our evening extremely enjoyable and very memorable. Our friends unanimously said that this was one of the best restaurants they had been to in New York City and they cannot wait to return and bring some of their friends to enjoy this same dining experience.

We expected better service at the type of restaurant this was advertised as. The waiter dropped the food on the table and moved on. No one came by during the meal or asked how the food was or if we needed anything else. We had to flag them down every time we needed some thing.
