A 19-year-old from Clackamas County is facing federal charges for allegedly marketing drugs narcotics to minors on social media, advertised as “Kiki’s Delivery Service.”

The FBI started investigating Averi Rose Dickinson, 19, of Damascus in January after learning she took orders for illegal drugs on social media apps like Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram.

They say she’d been running the service for three years, taking orders for “cocaine, LSD, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, and various forms of pills, both real and fake.”

Dickinson was also identified as the supplier for a larger drug distribution chain linked to several juvenile drug overdoses.

On Wednesday, investigators served search warrants at her home in Damascus and her car and found cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, counterfeit Xanax bars, $3,000 cash, a Glock 9mm with an extended mag, and AR-style rifle, and a bullet proof vest.

Investigators say Dickinson told them about half of her clients were minors, and that she used several underage people as runners for her drug deliveries.

Dickinson is charged with conspiring to distribute and distributing controlled substances and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
