This nice condo has one room with a king size bed and two regular size, very comfortable sofa beds. Equipped with a kitchenette for basic meals, and a nice terrace with partial views to the Marina and the Bay.
The entrance to the condo has an electronic door lock. We will send you the digital code in advance so you can get in at your convenience. No more carrying around the keys, or having to check in the front desk!

The space
This nice condo is situated in Puerto Las Hadas, in the Santiago Peninsula. It has restricted access to the Hotel Las Hadas beach.
It also has access to the Marina, where you can find a couple of restaurants to dine, and several others in the Hotel Las Hadas, whose architecture is worth admiring both by day or by night.
There are many beautiful beaches nearby, as well as 3 big chain supermarkets: Comercial Mexicana, WalMart and Soriana. It is easy to go everywhere by car, taxi or stepping on one of the buses that stop frequently at the entrance of the complex.
The beautiful pool area has gardens, stunning views to the Manzanillo bay, and a day restaurant where food and beverages are served at very reasonable prices.
Hotel Las Hadas has one of the most beautiful and award winning (Conde Nast Traveling) golf courses in the world. For more information about the golf course, tenis, and spa, contact the front desk of the hotel (013143310101).
There are many other activities at hand, like snorkeling, boat tours, etc. Tlaloc Tours Manzanillo (013143356121) and Pacífico Watersports (013146578912) are two of the operators that organize these activities.

Guest access
Guests have access to the condo, the common areas, the Marina, and the shared pool area, as well as for swimming and snorkeling at the beach.
Hotel Las Hadas and Puerto Las Hadas are different and independent from one another. The access to the hotel facilities is restricted, especially to their pool areas. Nevertheless, Puerto Las Hadas guests are normally welcome to make use of the restaurants.
The use of the beach depends on the current administration of the Hotel. White towels are generally accepted, but not umbrellas. Depending on the season, the hotel may rent ther cabanas to Puerto guests. Generally speaking, the best hours to visit the beach are early in the morning, and after 4 pm.

Other things to note
*For the sake of safety, butane is not allowed in Puerto Las Hadas, so the water heater and all the cooking appliances are electric.
*The water heater of the shower can be turned on using the dial that is located in the bathroom, in the closet by the washing machine. We advise to select the number of minutes the shower will take, plus 10 minutes to allow for the water to heat initially.
*The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a toaster oven, an electric grill, and an electric pan. All of them can be used in the kitchen or taken to the terrace to cook outside.
*Air conditioning is seldom needed, but if so, please close all the doors and windows, and use it only when indoors, to prevent energy leaks. This would really help us a lot!
*You are welcome to smoke in the terrace and open areas where allowed, but not inside the condo.
