Lexington High School Reviews
Rating 3.98 out of 5 529 reviews
I would like to see Lexington High School become more diverse. Lexington is a great school, that offers various career-ready opportunities to students, however, the minority populations are very low within the school. Administration should help minority students seek out and understand the different career options the school provides, contributing to their success.
The best part of my experience was the academics. The school took that very seriously. However, to be successful socially in this school popularity was required among students AND staff. It would be nice to see staff interact with all students in the same positive and encouraging way.
Lexington High School has been a terrific and very supportive school for my education. There have been so many course options available throughout the whole time I have been attending LHS, and I have taken a variety of classes including not just core classes, but also music, creative writing, and health science classes. Overall, I haven't experienced anything negative at LHS, and I would not change anything other than maybe the administration and counselors trying to connect with students more.
