The very definition of madcap, as the title suggests, DON’T WORRY WE’LL THINK OF A TITLE is a Morey Amsterdam vanity project, of all things. The human joke machine produced, co-wrote, and stars in this HELLZAPOPPIN’-style spy spoof and cast DICK VAN DYKE SHOW colleagues Richard Deacon and Rose Marie as the co-leads. A collection of mostly unfunny one-liners, non sequiturs, blackouts, cameos and sight gags, the film casts Morey as an inept short-order cook who is mistaken for a Russian spy. He and Marie do have chemistry and great comic timing, but not the material (Amsterdam actually dusts off the hoary “I’ve never kippled” joke).

A cornucopia of second-banana teevee stars mug it up in a film that will have you thinking, "Screw the title. How about thinking of a plot and jokes that don't stink on ice?"
Worth watching only if that last Dick Van Dyke marathon on Nick at Nite left you with a craving for more of the sophisticated comedy stylings of Rose Marie and Morey Amsterdam.
A rather weakly funny comedy, albeit, one with rapid fire jokes, at least that's what it tries to contain and be. As the film's sense of humor is rather childish, with rather nebbish and juvenile punchlines. The plot also doesn't really seem to develop much over the course of the film. Nor do the characters, so therefore, the story doesn't either. Ultimately, this is a dorky film.
A trio of second bananas from the Dick Van Dyke show star in this mostly unfunny spy spoof involving Morey Amsterdam being mistaken for a defecting cosmonaut. A parade of uncredited guest stars ranging from Danny Thomas to Moe Howard to Irene Ryan show up in walk on non sequitur bits giving the film what little interest it has. I enjoyed Amsterdam, Rose Marie and Richard Deacon on their earlier TV gig but the material in this barely released feature is pretty dire.

Annie (Rose Marie): Did you call me, sir?
Diner Customer: No, I called you girlie
