Rather than filler I actually think this looks like the water retention face that often happens with Hashimotos (thyroid) disease.

I was on Prednisone a while ago and although I'm fairly slim, my face looked exactly like hers does here—my doctor called it "moon face"

Yea, my friend’s face blew up like this from medication when she had cancer. It was super distressing to her on top of being very sick. It disgusts me that people are on here talking shit and gloating about what looks like a side effect of medication or illness or pregnancy.
She had the baby in September and she was an older mother. The weight might be harder to lose this time.

Yuuuuup exactly. Tons of. Faves kept pregnancy weight for a while and didn't look busted. Like Riri and Beyoncé who kept the weight for a while then eventually got back to being fit.

Jesus, have non of you ever been around a pregnant woman before? Every woman reacts to pregnancy differently, and an extremely bloated face/nose/feet is very common. Pregnancy nose can look more than double it’s usual size. Women have to wear one or two shoe sizes up. And after the babies out, everything deflates. All of these assumptions about her over filling her face will be debunked even a couple weeks after her giving birth. 8/10

I agree, you should not be in the vindicta subs. I don’t mean this in a rude way but so many of the newer women on this sub are too sensitive and not able to be honest and objective.
I didn’t ask if you are bothered by her looks, I asked if you genuinely think she is just as attractive at this higher weight as she was at a lower weight. The honest answer is no.
It’s okay if you don’t like this sub or can’t handle it, I recommend you and other sensitive women leave these subs alone instead of getting upset at the women dissecting the brutal but honest reality when it comes to objective beauty.

Exactly. Lizzo is fat with very pretty facial features. She's pretty despite having a rounder face. Adriana ruined her face pumping her face and lips with that garbage.
It's sad how women are shamed into not showing a single sign of aging so heavily that it's deemed better to blow up your entire face and ruin it and not even look normal, rather than just having a few wrinkles. She would have looked absolutely stunning with her normal face at this age.

Per Getty images it looks like this photo is from earlier this month, so after her baby was born. Photos from her pregnancy show a similarly puffy face so I would guess her current appearance is either due to left over pregnancy weight gain or a pre-existing health issue. I would assume she wouldn’t run out a get fillers right after giving birth if she was already carrying extra weight in her face and that most of her pre pregnancy filler would have dissolved by now, so idt this is due to her overdoing filler.

I think pregnancy is absolutely the reason. She did her last VS runway at 37 and still looked good before her pregnancy at 40.
She got fillers probably. I remember her being refined and in her mid 30s several years ago

I agree they are cruel and I just meant to point out that it’s not anything cosmetic. However, I think the reason people are really shocked here is because they’re seeing the affect of weight gain on the appearance of someone as naturally beautiful as Adriana Lima and how, in their eyes, it has negatively affected the appearance of someone with that level of beauty. It still does come off as mean though. 😐

Aging+weight gain. I have a theory here: sexy face like adriana's age worse than classically beautiful faces like say, Audrey Hepburn's or Grace Kelly's. All our Gen Z celebrities are going to probably age really badly, and that is unfortunate.
