Reliance Jio launches new Rs 29 and Rs 89 JioCinema Premium plans: How do they compare

After teasing a new ad-free tier of the JioCinema Premium membership plan, Jio has finally announced the new Rs 29 plan. Along with this, Jio has also announced a new Rs 89 family plan as well. JioCinema Rs 29 Premium plan
JioCinema Rs 29 Premium plan is a monthly plan that offers 4K content, Ad-free viewing, offline viewing options, access to exclusive series, movies, Hollywood, kids and TV entertainment, etc.It is important to note that the ad-free isn’t available for sports and live channels.
Apart from this, the plan is applicable for viewing only on one device at a time. However, the plan works across all devices including mobile apps, web and TV.
JioCinema Rs 89 Premium plan
The Rs 89 Premium plan is also monthly and it includes all the benefits of the Rs 29 Premium plan offers. This includes 4K content, Ad-free viewing, offline viewing options, access to exclusive series, movies, Hollywood, kids and TV entertainment, etc. It is important to note that the ad-free isn’t available for sports and live channels. Also, unlike the Rs 29 plan, the Rs 89 plan allows users to simultaneously stream the content on four devices.
How do the two Premium plans compare
While both the prepaid plans offer similar benefits and validity, the major difference between them is the supported number of streaming devices. Considering the Rs 89 is a family plan it allows users to watch JioCinema content on four screens at the same time. However, the Rs 29 plan only allows one.
