I've spent many nights at Hilton Garden Inns all over the US and I'll say this one has to be one of the best out there. This hotel was very clean, well laid out, and had some nice amenities. The food at the restaurant was delicious and there seemed to be some local people that ate there that were not staying at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and everything was in working order. The rooms were also very quiet, even though I was located above the pool area. It's a really nice location close to major highways but set back enough that there wasn't any noticeable road noise. Highly recommended.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The bartenders were great. Everyone there was nice! I loved the cleanliness. I just want to suggest that when there are kids there and wanna play maybe suggest a conference room for them or for the large group that came in. We all know that it is hard to keep that many kids contained in small rooms that are very energetic. The kids were well behaved.

We were in CR visiting family and spent 3 nights at this hotel. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has an open lobby area for larger groups to gather. We did not check out the bar or the breakfast options. Small pool and fitness room available. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was convenient to have a dorm fridge and microwave available. Room doors are very heavy and noisy when allowed to slam shut (just FYI if you want to be considerate of other guests when arriving late/leaving early). We had a most comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I took my fiance on a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. The food was fantastic, bar staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very modern and clean. When I got to the room, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious enough for all of our stuff. I highly recommend the HGI in CR for any of your travel needs.
We also took a walk down to check out the banquet space and it's a beautiful modern ballroom with really cool tables and chairs. The sales ladies were super nice and let us take a look around as well.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. Every time we've experienced excellent service & very clean rooms. The entire hotel is always clean. The food in the lobby lounge is excellent. You can get traditional food that the kids like or if you prefer, a more gourmet meal. The location is great. Easy access to the highway (no road noise) & interstates. Close by there is a grocery store, fast food, restaurants, gas stations, & other shops & services. We will be staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times this year as I travel to Cedar Rapids on Business. The hotel is new. The rooms are very clean, and the restaurant is great. The staff go out of their way to take care of the guests and make you feel welcome. Nothing seems too much trouble for the team that work here. This hotel stands out in the Hilton group of hotels for sure.

This hotel is a really nice, upscale establishment that really feels like it belongs in a larger city. Tami is fantastic to work with in the Events department and has years of local event planning experience. Beautiful rooms with soft beds, and delicious food, too!

My husband and I had our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and we were so happy with how the day turned out. They made everything very easy for us, allowing us to enjoy our day. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, along with the beverages we wanted. The hotel staff was very attentive the whole night, making sure everyone was taken care of. Many of our guests commented on how well the night went. The staff went above and beyond to send the hotel shuttle to pick us up on our way to the reception when we ran into transportation issues.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel on our wedding night as well. The room was perfect. Everything was clean and well-kept. We were able to rest well after a busy day. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also very good. The Hilton Garden Inn helped us create a memorable wedding day. We'd highly recommend them for weddings and other events.

Booked my room thru Hilton. I thought I booked September 1 & 2. However either I screwed up or Hilton did ended up being for September 1 only. The base price was $165.61. The hotel took care of the September 2 night and the price was $199. I suspect they charge higher rates on the weekend but they could have said something. Didn't find it till I got home and printed off the receipt. Other than this the stay was okay.

While I'm uncertain what discount plan you booked under, it was a Iowa Football weekend, FryFest to be exact so rates in this area typically do run higher and will generally for any home football weekend during the season. I'm pleased to hear that the team at our location was able to assist in working with you on your stay along with getting you in for 1 night without penalty.
