- You know whats funny? This dude absolutely LOATHES being referred to as CJ from GTA and ONLY wants to be known for his music. He never made any other acting role besides Mario in some obscure video. Plus one of his mixtapes is LITERALLY named after the same goddamn game he wants nothing to do with. So in that case if you mention this to him he would scream at you like a goddamn child, yet if you talked to him about his other mixtape he would be cool with you? People make NO sense.
- San Andreas was one of the world's best video games that's lasted nearly 20 years of replayability, but with that being said some avid rap fans might be disuaded by a tie-in album with a video game. I'm very happy to say that not only is this album fantastic, it's one of the best original G-Funk Albums I've ever listened too.
The work Young Maylay (and King T) put into this album is incredible. The beats have a sharp west side sound to the signature synthesizer and drum loop, which can also be heard prominently the the music score for GTA San Andreas.
This is a must hear album in my opinion which highlights the care that Young Maylay has in all of his works, as well as being uniquely familiar style throughout that caters to any fan of rap & hip-hop.
