Hello! My name is David N. and I am a Microsoft Community Independent Advisor and Windows fan. I will be happy to assist you with your issue.
Unfortunately, the Encarta software is discontinued and is not compatible with Windows 10. While it may be possible to find a download of its ISO on sites of "abandonware", or software that is no longer available from or supported by the original software company, it will not run on WIndows 10.
The only way to run this software would be to find it as abandonware or on an old CD and install it on a sufficiently old PC or a virtual machine running the proper version of Windows.

I am looking for a short Tagalog song from Encarta, around 12 seconds as far as I can remember. I believe there was only one song from the Philippines there. Is there any way you can find at least the title? There is a Spotify playlist featuring "all" songs of Encarta but I can't find it there. Maybe because it was too short, but I'm not sure.
This is for research purposes only. I tried Bing AI chat, but it can't find any leads.
