Recommend! Nice room and great food! This package is a great value of money.
The package with Club access was highly recommended! The Grand Club has a stunning Victoria Harbor view which was one of the best selling point. The environment was nice, food and drinks were great, service was very good too. We enjoyed very much and spent most of the time there. The lunch at Grissini was surprisingly good! The food was so delicious especially the home-made bread. Overall, we enjoyed very much this staycation !

The dinner at the steakhouse was great as always and the room was neat and tidy. The pool was nice too. Not a bad option for staycation in the heart of the city.

Very nice room with harbour view. Bbq dinner not amazing, but breakfast and tea set really nice! Big thanks for preparing a tiny cake and a bottle of wine for our celebration.
Grand Hyatt never disappoint you, attentive staff and great service, package dinner of hairy crab themed is super, though no steamed whole crab, other courses are good, sea cucumber covered with lots of hairy crab sauce. same as spinach, together with wine flight recommended by sommelier, very good experience. breakfast with great assortment, recommend

Booked for Birthday celebration. The view from the room was extraordinary. You can take a bath while enjoying the picturesque harbour view. Tea-set is great. Hotel offered us a late check out. Definitely recommend.

The harbourview room was really great. There were plenty of delicious choices at the buffet breakfast. The dinner at the Grissini was more than wonderful! And the staff at the frontdesk were very polite, helpful, and attentive to our needs!
Good deal and amazing food
It's a great experience to stay at Grand Hyatt Hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the overall experience was superior. We chose the hairy crab dinner at One Harbour Road, the food was excellent and delicious and this is highly recommended.

A really pleasant stay in this hotel 1) good quality of food 2) super cozy bedroom 3) good design of the hotel room, especially their bathtubs. 4) their staffs are always helpful 5) Spectacular city and harbour views
super great home modern and trendy design looking at the harbour view really so awesome the service is good the dining was included which make the whole staycation marvel and superior the tea set was super high-class and also if diff flavours breakfast buffet was of wide variety also which is stunning
Lunch at steak house, good food and good service, have to pay extra money for sparking water or distill water,$30 per head,free flow, soup extra $40 for clam chowder, but worth to pay for soup, bacon and steak tartar is doing good, must try!
