Probably Paul's best record up to this point. He's such a great songwriter and it shows here big time. Every song is good to great, featuring lush backing and simple but beautiful arrangements. It's sad Paul never made it big as a solo artist but at least his songs did become huge hits through other artists. His albums speak for themselves though. This one will appeal to fans of Elton John and Jim Croce, it's got that 70s singer songwriter magic about it.
