I'm gonna address this: act 3s ability is underpowered. its able to freeze only one object to the ground and the object cant be larger then something like a hand with only five meters of range and deploying the act 3 is slow despite it being a fast stand (as Kira was able to interrupt it). what the fuck araki are you just that determined to make Koichi weak as fuck.
how is this stand any good if the range is pathetic, it can only weigh down one object at a time, its overall fighting strength is bad and its ability deploy is slow. it is extremely situational. at least give the stand like 30 meters of range or instead how about it can freeze larger objects hell maybe it can freeze the object so hard it can permanently lock something into the ground.
this stand literally needs another persons help in order to be lethal It can barley do shit on its own. act 3 has so much wasted potential. makes me wonder if there can be an act 4 that's far better than act 3 because man it fucking sucks. the only thing good about the stand is its few memorable lines

I believe it is more of a fighting support stand in regards that it will be able to help with the destructive power it has to give a leg up on the protagonist’s fighting like they did with stopping Kira’s move before Jotaro had enough time to get there to perform The World and stop him.
Jotaro believes and trusts in Koichi and his abilities, especially in part 5, so maybe you should too
Koichi needing help to be lethal with his stand isn’t much of a problem when he almost always hangs out with two of the most powerful stand users in Morioh.
Echoes mentions that it gains the ability to increase the gravity in objects by rhyming the word “Three” with “Freeze”, so presumably it can do other things that rhyme with parts of its name. I mean, Echoes IS a sound-based stand after all, so I don’t see why it would have to be limited to just being able to freeze things.

Echoes Act 3 has a cool move which it moved so fast it created a shockwave that sent koichi up in the air and down to his ass. I wish he got to do that more, using the air pressure coming from its speed for attacks, if Star Platinum can do stupid shit like the water pressure punch in the Yellow Temperance fight, im pretty sure that is possible, especially how hyped Echoes' speed was.
Act 4 is still possible (in some way I guess) since for some reason Act 3 has an A in development potential and when a stand is done evolving it usually has a D in Development Potential
