Terrible Service and Food

First time our burgers came out, they were raw--beyond rare-second time burnt to where you could not cut them. it took three times that night to get fries that were not burnt so bad they were hard. Waitress and manager had nasty attitudes--refused to do anything about it, so we left without supper and paid for it too. Used to be a favorite place of ours--will NEVER go there AGAIN.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!

Until today, have always had good food & service here. Today 1 lunch was fine, but two of us had fries that were so burnt you could snap them in half! Waitress was pleasant, but didn't notice the burnt fries, nor that we were missing 1 set of utensils/napkin. She left before I could comment. Was quite awhile before she returned to check on us. Had to ask for the aioli that came with my food, but was delivered a hot sauce of some sort with no flavor. She finally offered to make new fries for me, but didn't offer to make more for my husband. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Good Food In A Casual Setting

My wife and I ate here twice in the last month. It is a nice, clean, casual restaurant that serves good food at a reasonable price. We had burgers on one occasion and the buffalo chicken pizza on another. Both were outstanding. The restaurant was fairly crowded each time but we were seated promptly. It is a nice family, local, restaurant that is worth a visit. The servers were very attentive each time.

Delicious food, excellent service

Service was fast and friendly, enjoyed the beer specials. Pork chops were excellent, chicken risotto was amazing. Risotto sauce was creamy, flavorful mushroom/vegetable with hints of bacon--so delicious! Definitely recommend and will go back🍺.

Delicious Food - Great Menu

We love meeting family here for lunch or dinner. The menu has so many good options, we're never short of choices to please everyone. Their bavarian pretzel appetizer is AWESOME! The french onion soup is also great. Burgers, wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, flatbreads -- so many delicious choices!

New place to try. Service was friendly. We were seated out in the patio since it was gorgeous out. Pretzels to start. Nice and hot. My boyfriend ordered the filet mignon with red skin potatoes and veggies.i ordered the snapper. Both were very tasty. Unfortunately I did not save room for dessert.

It is really hard to find a restaurant that pleases everyone but the Urban Grill did just that. We were seated right away and our waitress, Stacie, was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and very well worth the price. Friendly staff and good food can't go wrong. I would certainly enjoy eating there again if the opportunity arises. Good selection of appetizers and entree's as well as a varied selection of beverages.

This is a noisy, rocking after work bar scene. Great pub food, burgers, chicken finders, salads. 25oz drafts and microbrews aplenty at happy hour. The other side, a family style restaurant with pasta entrees and clam chowder made in house - delicious! filled with after work folks, septuagenarian couples, families with toddlers and high chairs. The service is outstanding, attentive and would not be amiss in a white table linen restaurant.

Nice Surprise

We read the reviews online so headed here for lunch since we were in town. The fact that it was in a plaza was a little misleading because once inside it was awesome. The food was great, restaurant very busy for a Saturday lunch and now we know why!

I have no idea why we have never been here before! It is now my new go to place. The food was great! loved the atmosphere! and service was fantastic! absolutely nothing to complain about. we will definitely be going back a lot!:)

a great local spot, but easy to miss.

it has a warm atmosphere with a nice buzz around the bar, & big screen TV's in there as well to keep the sports fans happy. the menu is great, it is more than standard pub fare but does not lack any of the standards you would expect and hope to find. some of our favs are the caesar salad, the steaks, the burgers, the wings, and my wife likes the french dip a whole lot. the wait staff is friendly & attentive they have a private room for receptions, etc.
