I remember watching some movie when I was little but I only remember one scene: It was a 2D animated kid's film, from perhaps the 90s or 2000s, and it had these two kids one boy one girl and some thing is hypnotizing them and they try to look away but then they end up turning into two monkeys. I have literally no clue what this is it could be a movie or perhaps a show, but l'm leaning more to movie. Thanks, this one's a tough one.

this is ABSOLUTELY near the ending of 'we're back, a dinosaur's story'. weird little movie i was absolutely obsessed with as a kid. body horror and dinosaurs and really beautiful color palettes and backgrounds, cocaine-brained plot.
