The Tsarist system was undeniably flawed and oppressive, but Nicholas and his family did not deserve to be gunned down in the middle of the night. His son was just 13 and several of his daughters were children as well. If you think they deserved that fate then you need to reevaluate your values.
He sent millions to their deaths, and would have continued to do so. He absolutely deserved it.
