File Copying at a Crawl

Tech Support

I have been trying to mod Assetto Corsa but I can't because the copying speed is so slow. I have to transfer a 10gig folder to the game but it's going to take over 24 hours according to my computer. I have nodded games like RD2 before and even made backup copies of 120gig games and it only takes a few minutes tops.

I have a Samsung 980 PRO 2TB SSD and have trimmed it, updated the drivers, cleared some extra storage, and a bunch of other things to get it running properly but it's still so slow when it wasn't before.

Anyone have a fix?

Turn off antivirus, could be scanning every file.

It was already off, thank you though
