Great walking tour of the Marais?

I am looking for a great walking tour of the Marais with our traveling companions. We are two couples in our 60s and 70s, well traveled, and lovers of history, wine, and food! We will be in Paris for a day in September and then have two weeks exploring other areas. We will have been to Beaune, Provence, and Bordeaux on a wine focused trip before returning to Paris Oct. 1 - 5. We will be doing some private wine tours in Burgundy and Bordeaux. My husband and I have been to Paris 6 times before and our friends one time.

My husband and I absolutely love the Marais and have been to the Carnavalet Museum as well as doing other walking tours. But our friends have only been to Paris once and have never visited the Marias. I know they will love the area and we really want them to learn about the history of the Marais. I would love to find a tour that will give them the best of both worlds, a great walking tour of the Marais, with historical info as well as perhaps some stops for food and cultural info.

I have been in touch with Vincent Dupont and Emmanuel's Hidden Gems. They both have availability on our dates. Vincent's tour is more food/wine focused and has great reviews and Emmanuel's is more history and less food/wine. Any others to suggest or comments on the two mentioned? I want to book soon as they book up. We are fine with a small group or private tour. Thank you.
