Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton sparkled in Las Vegas this week while hitting the red carpet for the Keep Memory Alive's 27th Annual Power of Gala.

On Friday, May 10, the married couple turned the event into a date night as they looked more in love than ever while posing in their glamorous 'fits for the evening.

Per usual, Stefani, 54, brought her fashion A-game for the night, dazzling in a silver mini-dress covered in sparkling jewels and decorated with fringed tassel sleeves. The glittering garment also featured a large slit that reached all the way up to the No Doubt songstress' waist, showing off her toned legs that were accentuated with sparkly sheer pantyhose.

Her husband stuck to his usual clean-cut style, rocking a black shirt and matching blazer, along with a pair of jeans and some brown boots.

Shelton, 47, was honored at Friday night's gala, which raises funds for brain health research and care at Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. In addition to being recognized for his contributions to brain health, the country crooner performed "Sweet Caroline," "Ole Red" and "Sangria."

A slew of other notable performers also took the stage for the event, including Kristin Chenoweth, Andy Grammer, Colbie Caillat, Cassadee Pope, Mickey Guyton, Jay Allen and Gary LeVox.

And of course, Stefani had to have an on-stage moment, too—but not without her hubby. The "Just a Girl" songstress invited Shelton back on stage to perform their duet, "Nobody But You."
