Lovin' the Big Apple
This was our first time using a CityPASS. We were planning our trip when we saw several activity passes for New York. This was the best option for us since we were only staying for 5 days. When we got to the various attractions, we compared prices. We saved a lot! I've now recommended this pass to friends who plan a trip to the Big Apple. We would definitely buy one again when we visit another big city.

My tickets to the major sightseeing places were all in one easy place on the app. I had to change some times for events scheduled and found the customer service was outstanding. They accomplished the change so easily and with friendly service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Reservation canceled several months after placing My CityPASS reservation for the Empire State Building was canceled several months after placing the reservation due to a private event being scheduled. What is the point of making a reservation if it can be canceled all at minute for someone else? I planned an entire vacation around this event and now have to suddenly rearrange my trip. Buyers beware - your reservations mean nothing and will be canceled at the last moment if someone decides to pay more money than you for the timeframe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value for Money We didn’t do all the things we could have done as we just had a 2 day visit but we were very pleased with the Pass and all it offered and the sights we did see were amazing. Ours was valid for 9 days and that seems a good amount of time to take everything in without being exhausted. I’d say walk to things as much as you can as it’s such a busy city for transport, plus you see so much more during your walk.
