Overview
Texan students completing the high school foundation program are expected to earn 22 credit hours, according to the Texas Education Agency. Students may also elect to attain a higher number of credits for one of five endorsements including STEM or business and industry. The State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness end-of-course exams measure successful learning.
