If I can give it a 0 I would. By far worst airline. They damaged my luggage to the point I ant use it for future flights and gave me 500 php (8usd) for it. On top of that, when I arrived to my hotel, I noticed my luggage had been rummaged through and my watch was missing!! They haven’t given me any clear answer or compensation on this matter. Never flying with them again.…

WORST AIRLINE EVER! flown all sectors of this trip and previous excursions on Cebu Pacific and generally pretty happy with their service. On my recent trip to some islands I took the return sector to Manila on Air Asia…what a mistake. The same carry on bag I’d used on my other 2 flights on this journey with Cebu Pacific were 7.8 kg…not a problem with Cebu but Air Asia made me pay 1,900 Php at the check in counter because my carry on was 800 grams over weight….meanwhile the obese passenger spilling over into my tiny, narrow seat doesn’t get charged for the 30 kg of access weight on his love handles…never again will I fly this airline…they try to extract every last peso from their customers.…

They seized my small censor while letting go another passenger who has the same censor but speaks philipino language. Also, their self checkin machines do not work (on purpose, I believe). So you have to go to the counter to have the ticket printed. This way they can ask you to weight your carry on suitcase. They charged me a fee that is about half of my flight ticket price for only 5kg excess weight. What a stealth way to make money. So don't be fooled by their cheap flight prices.…
