Bonnye Lear, 60, of Fullerton, CA, was injured in a backstage accident on Wednesday, June 5, and died in hospital shortly after from her injuries. Anaheim Police as well as fire and rescue teams responded to the theme park and found Lear had fallen from the rear of a moving golf cart. Rae Delgado, a Disney cast member, wrote on Facebook that Lear had suffered a fractured skull and brain swelling due to the fall.
