¡Cuento! Hoy vamos a ver nuestra cuál ha sido nuestra última adquisición, ¿te parece? El último inquilino de nuestra librería es ni más ni menos que Topito Terremoto, un cuento escrito e ilustrado por Anna Llenas. En casa conocemos a esta autora gracias a El Monstruo de Colores -otro día te hablaré de este- y la verdad es que la forma en que trata las emociones nos encanta. La ratona disfruta con sus historias y es capaz de comprender lo que transmiten sus palabras, de ponerse en la piel del personaje y eso me gusta.
Topito Terremoto cuenta la historia de un ‘niño’ que no para quieto, que toca todo, lo cambia de sitio, empieza un montón de actividades pero no termina ninguna. Y para más inri tiene colgadas un montón de etiquetas y sus compañeros de clase le hacen vacío -temas de actualidad en nuestra sociedad-. La situación llega a tal punto que Topito Terremoto no sabe quién es.
Un día la profesora, desesperada, hace llegar a sus padres una nota en la que les indica que es importante encontrar una solución y ellos dan con la Maga del Bosque, una joven que realiza terapias creativas para niños difíciles.
Berta, que es como se llama la Maga, se propone ayudar al protagonista de la historia y le deja hacer. Al principio Topito Terremoto toca toda, lo cambia de sitio, no acaba las actividades que comienza, trastea, huele…, pero ella le deja hacer, no le dice nada. Eso sí hablan mucho del día que han tenido, de lo que le gusta hacer a Topito, se relajan mirando las estrellas…, pero sobre todo hablan de lo que le preocupa a Topito. ¡Hasta que un día todo cambia! Topito Terremoto empieza a centrarse y descubre que le encanta cocinar.
El último día de cole, cada alumno tiene que presentar un trabajo y Topito Terremoto lleva el suyo. La verdad es que sorprende gratamente a todos, tanto a la profesora como a sus compañeros de clase. ¿Imaginas cuál fue su trabajo? La verdad es que es impresionante.
¿Qué voy a encontrar en el post?
¿Qué nos enseña Topito Terremoto?
Este cuento nos enseña que debemos empatizar, escuchar, comprender… Berta lo hace genial y gracias a ella Topito Terremoto consigue expresar todo lo que siente.
También nos habla de las etiquetas. A mi parecer vivimos en una sociedad en la que están muy presentes y debemos no colgarlas y enseñar a nuestros hijos que no deben hacerlo. No podemos decir a un niño que es malo, pesado o inútil. Existen otras formas de expresar que las acciones que han realizado no son correctas, como por ejemplo, lo que has hecho hace daño o ya te he escuchado, ahora vemos lo que me pides, ¿no te parece?
Ilustraciones
Quiero destacar las ilustraciones del cuento. ¡Nos han encantado! Y a la ratona le ha llamado la atención el cambio de color que experimenta el cuento a mitad de la historia, cuando aparece Berta, la Maga del Bosque. A mí ese cambio tan brusco me ha gustado mucho y creo -o quiero pensar- que muestra el antes y después en la vida de Topito Terremoto.
