At the beginning of 2022, the company launched a well-being program to give support to employees’ social, emotional and physical health. In 2019, the company created a women’s initiative, tP Women, to empower women in the global workplace through mentoring programs and leadership training. In 2021, Teleperformance launched a series of surveys to measure how employees feel about their tasks and foster engagement. The program received over 4.6 million responses and has helped the company recruit and retain employees.
