Polite Expression to introduce someone

To introduce your friend to someone, you need to make sure that you give a little bit of information to each person about the other.

For example

Oh Mr. Smith, I'm glad you're here. I would like you to meet Ms. Jones. She's an investment banker with Bank of America. Ms. Jones, this is Mr. Smith, he is an executive chef in Paris!
