Wasn't even busy long story short almost, 375 dollars and not one of us were not happy , Satisfied. Lucky for the salad bar saved the whole graduation party. From the wait to the cold food (not the salad bar ) Didn't want to make a scene, disappointed.

My family and I have went to the Pub for many occasions but Easter is something we do every year. Great food, friendly staff. And the Hostess who has a very hard job I do not know her name but she is tiny and Mighty. She deals with a lot of irate people who are inpatient about their reservation time and she handles it all with kindness and restraint. Instead of people fussing just go have a seat at the bar the bar tenders are great make a good drink or two. LOL The Pub is just the place for good food drinks and making memories for years ahead Lots of Love The Logue and Leonardo Family.

just some tweaking. 1) if you go early, there's minimum staff. 2) if you order a pot of coffee, check to see how many creamers you get. 3) if you want a soft drink refill.. you need to hunt your waitress down. 4) expect the waitress to return to be reminded of what you ordered. 5) if the menu says, you get rice.. be prepared to get a potato. 6) if you like your starch to arrive hot and not cold.. specify. 7) if you want your hot beverage to arrive hot.. specify. 8) if your entree is supposed to have some sort of gravy or sauce, don't expect the it to be on your entree. expect to find it in a container, on the side.

The food we had tonight was mostly good. Certainly much better that it was the last time we visited a couple of years ago. But the night was ruined by a woman who represented herself as the manager. We were a party of 7 with reservations at 6pm. We waited over an hour for a table as people with smaller and larger parties were being seated in front of us by this lady. Her rationale: she wasn't going to waste the space of a larger table on our group or hold a table open until two were next to each other to seat us. At the prices this place charges (their special tonight was a tomahawk steak for $99.00) no one should expect to be treated like eating at a diner. I would give them 1 star but the food was like i said mostly good. If you decide this place is the place you have to eat don't bother making reservations. I for one will never go back.

We made reservations for my husband Birthday. When we arrive and attended to give the woman she got really nasty with us. She didn’t take our name and she told us to stand to the side. She then proceeded to snap at my mother in law and tell us she would be coming back our way. She absolutely ruined my husband Birthday dinner. We will no longer step into the pub again.

I noticed that I had written a review here in 2012, but thought it time for a new one! The Pub is still the very same place that it's always been. Super dated but fun and still excellent. We were seated right away on a busy Saturday night and from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for more. The dining room was still decorated for the holidays and quite lovely. Drinks were plentiful and delicious (where else do you get the extra pours for martinis in a separate glass?), the humongous salad bar was still there, the entrees were cooked to perfection, and the dessert portions generous and enjoyable. Service was great.

While this was the first place my husband took me for dinner 36 years ago, tonight will be our last. We have spent many New Years Days here for dinner tonight was a nightmare. We were with another couple. While everybody’s dinner came out the waitress never put my order in. I had already eaten a small salad and was told that they would put my order in. At this point I would be eating alone so I said never mind. The waitress proceeded to tell me she would ask the manager whose name is Stevie to take off my meal from the bill. Excuse me I never got my meal why would it even be on the bill. I was told I would have to just pay $16.95 for the salad bar. We requested since it was the waitresses error that the salad bar be removed also. The manager screamed at us and told us we must pay for the salad bar. She was extremely rude and abusive. Please save yourself the trip . Go to Collingswood and have a nice dinner.

16 of us had dinner there last night. My Prime rib, regular size, was far more than I could eat. The salad bar was amazing and the service outstanding.

Dining at the Pub is a blast from the past: '50s ambiance in a cavernous dining area. A restaurant that my wife and I would frequent when we were dating--some 60 years ago! (Not many of those places still around, to say the least.) Believe it or not, aside from the prices nothing much has changed. For nostalgic reasons, we kinda miss the wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with Russian dressing that used to be the appetizer served with entrees, but that's been magnificently upgraded to a salad bar (see below). The food is both extravagantly good and extravagantly pricey. Our 7 entrees were all priced in the low $30s. (Just wondering how many patrons order the 2-lb tomahawk steak at $99.99!) The salad bar offers some unusual items: slice-your-own whole cheeses, 2 different mushroom dishes, diced hard-boiled egg, a delicious tomato/onion concoction, several different fruit breads, and many more. Everything the Pub serves exudes quality--and quantity. The only negative we experienced was that, though we were seated at 6:15pm, our entrees didn't arrive till 8:15. In the meantime we pigged out on the salad bar--and then again. Not much of an appetite left when the entrees did arrive, so the server boxed what we hadn't eaten for take-home. My grandson loved his southwest chicken so much that he opened his take-home styrofoam container and had several more bites. I managed to restrain myself and got 2 more meals at home from my huge, juicy pork chops. All in all, despite the slow service an excellent experience.

Never disappointed. I usually eat too much at the salad bar and end up taking my prime rib home and having it later. The salad bar is outstanding and the prime rib is great. The service has always been good. I really like the place. The irony is that I was born and raised in Camden and never went to the Pub and now that I live in Pennsville we go 3 or 4 times a year.

The Pub has been a family favorite for as long as I’ve been alive and beyond that as well- my father used to eat here as a child and he’s now 69 years old! I have memories here as a little girl with my grandmother up at the salad bar grabbing various sides, THE CEASAR SALAD, and famous zucchini bread. My family continues to visit the pub whenever we are back in town, and will continue to do so as long as we can! The ambiance is retro and authentic, service was prompt and friendly, food was delicious, drinks were on point (love that 1.5 martini! 🍸) I love seeing establishments like this one be able to hold on for so many years, and continue to provide the same memorable service and meet every expectation!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT DO NOT GO THERE!!!! At around 6:30 PM my husband and I along with our two other married friends went this establishment. From the time we entered to the time we left we were treated horrible all because 3 of us were African Americans. We were seated and finally someone gave us our menus and the white waitress NEVER came back. She proceeded to take NEW patrons orders and left the bar completely to go into the other area of the restaurant. We asked the white male waiter to take our order and he was completely rude and ignorant. He stood feet back from our tables while taking our order as if we had a disease. When the food was delivered to our table he was rude again and his body language spoke volumes. My friend went to the bar and asked to use their hand sanitizer and with a snide remark she stated NO its soap and walked away. They never came back to check on us NOT ONCE. A white man came in and sat down and got the royal treatment as well as two other older white people who sat at the bar. They got their food and their check and left!!!! We got our bill and decided that we were ONLY tipping $2 due to their poor service. I went to the bathroom with my friend and my husband stayed behind to get the bill. As he stayed behind he heard the male waiter say "see that's exactly why, only $2"!!!!!!!!! So you already discriminated against us BEFORE we sat down and made your assumption so you chose to be ignorant and got what you deserved. As we were leaving my friend and I were having a private conversation and she said "never again". He then proceeded to follow us out of the restaurant yelling "you guys don't ever have to come back BYE BYE BYE". I was completely appalled! I am a 20 year OEF/OIF Veteran who served this country and this is completely horrid and just because I was with 3 African American citizens we were all discriminated against and profiled! They had no idea who they were serving and still treated us like trash! The assumption that myself and my friends were less than welcome based off of their skin color is a discredit to myself and this country and should not be tolerated. They were also ignorant to the black waiter that was waiting for assistance at the bar.

Had Dinner with two Friends. The Salar Bar is still Legendary. I ordered Broiled Scallops/Shrimp. Very tasteful. Portion could have been slightly larger. Friends got steak and chicken parmagiana and loved it. Large Portions. Ample Parking. Great Server.

Me and my family were treated poorly and racially profiled by manager Stevie who refused to provide last name. She was rude then attempted to stop my mother from carrying out Cranberry juice for my 5yr old daughter. Then stated we're not supposed to get carry out containers for left over food. I have every intention of boycotting restaurant and filing a formal complaint
