Bad

Fast paced for the pay. Stressful people lot of family members who run the place is bad no organization the family members control the company and supervisor, Supervisors need more training.everybody does what they want to do there is no accountability. Worst company. The job is ok but the way they let the family members control the place is just bad

Great small company

My day consisted of picking and packing orders. Work was challenging as the inventory can be heavy. Fast paced environment and time went fast. Not an easy job to learn as they do not have a lot of training. But lots of help available if you ask. Also asked to work in other departments if picking was slow. Overall it’s a good small company.

Guaranteed 1st shift hours and no lay-offs. Medical and retirement benifits

Can be hot in the summer. Small team so it can be hard to get promotions.

Not good overall

A typical day at this company will include clocking in & clocking out you will Be picking orders throughout the day but there is no overhead so you will not have a manager making your schedule because its already set..it is very hot in the summer & cold in the winter..but if you are considering a career here please reconsider..this company has major issues with communication & transparency they do not have an HR or A union for its employees,they are not osha compliant, nor do they provide benefits or workers comp

Best place I have worked in my 35 years

Excellent company, a family environment and a owner who cares. Anyone who criticizes the company was probably let go, which is hard to accomplish,the owner insist that everyone gets a full paycheck. It is a unique place to work that has experienced double digit growth the last 5 years. If you want a home life with a set work schedule, only voluntary OT (no one is forced) and competitive pay this is the place
