Lowell Senior High has a bunch of opportunities for kids to prepare for the future whether it’s college, trades, or business opportunities and the sports are improving with the addition of the strength coach of which allows the kids to challenge themself to push and push to prepare their mental toughness.
The best parts of my school is the supportive staff. Though I don't agree with some of their teaching ways, they were always looking to make sure we were on the right track. The worst part was the way the staff was treated and the lack of communication from administration. Even though I am graduating, I would like to see quicker communication about events going on and better treatment of the staff. Not even paying them more, just treating them like human beings and less like working and grading machines.
Lowell High School is definitely a great and small school. However, there is little diversity or ways for students to flourish in new ways. One must work very hard to pursue clubs, organizations, or information on special interests. I would love to see administration work harder to get to know and build relationships with students.
