Gary is a shareholder at the firm and has been with Tucker Arensberg, P.C. for more than 30 years. For ten years, he served as the firm’s managing shareholder.
Gary’s practice consists primarily of federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Much of his practice involves multi-party claims, including class action litigation. Gary has represented both individual and corporate clients in many different types of litigation and has an active mediation and arbitration practice.
Gary has been lead counsel in complex litigation involving:

- Represented shareholders of several major real estate developers in shareholder disputes
- Represented shareholders of large privately owned parking business in shareholder dispute
- Represented national bank in class action shareholder litigation
- Represented national banks in customer/borrower/investor class action litigation
- Represented several banks in trust and estate litigation
- Represented large construction company in litigation relating to large construction projects
- Represented major non-profit in litigation arising out of board disputes
- Represented real estate lender in claims against Veterans Administration for breach of contract
- Represent major electric utility in major engineering and construction disputes and in the defense of serious and permanent injury and wrongful death cases
- Represented oil and gas producer, transporter and processor in litigation against the federal government regarding drilling rights
- Represented national alternative energy business in real estate, construction and contract litigation
- Represented private company in trade secret litigation obtaining an injunction, damages and punitive damages
- Represented many businesses in the enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements
- Co-Lead Counsel in withdrawal liability claim for $205 million
