这个城市晚上不能出去，安全的确是个问题。万豪酒店的门非常窄，大巴车能开进去特别考验技术。客房面积不大，双人间一般都在30-36平米，1000起不含早，含早要再加一些。

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review on Tripadvisor. We are really sorry to read that you did not enjoy the city of Fes, it is one the oldest cities of the kingdom of Morocco, its old Medina is now the oldest old town in the wolrd, with its 9500 streets; The Medina of Fez constitutes an outstanding example of a medieval town created during the very first centuries of Islamisation of Morocco. Our hotel is located in downtown of the new city side, called Ville Nouvelle. The main gate of the hotel is very large although it has the architecture of the old islamic andalousian style, the bus can go through easily and offers the hotel its moorish arabic uniaue spirit. Our Deluxe rooms have an average size of 36sqm, the design is moorish and moroccan, all our rooms have balconies overlooking either our 17 acres of garden or our wide swimming pool. Upon checking in at Fes Marriot, Ayoub El Hani Chahir, hotel Guest Relations Manager approached us and told us that the hotel was overbooked. He told us that he will transfer us to another 5 star or better hotel for the night, if we agree. Being in travel profession for over 30 years, I totally understand mistakes happen and we agreed. However, the switched hotel is neither a 5 star, nor better than Fes Marriot in every aspect (including repairman told us that the best way to fix a/c in the room is to open the windows). I wrote to Ayoub twice seeking an apology but he totally ignored my correspondence.
I had faith in Marriot Brand, but I will think twice from now on to book Marriot for myself or for my clients.

当天参加完沙漠行程后到达此酒店，先在柜台登记，员工有笑容友善，而且推介贵酒店的餐厅，但根据我们的行程，决定check out 当天才去餐厅用膳。
房间宽敞舒适。洗手间也洁净，不过水温比较难调，要不然太冷或太热。
但有三点令我感到不快：
第一点：在房间休息时，已经挂了请勿打扰的牌在门口，不知道为什么有行李员仍然敲我房门。我认为这是在五星级酒店不能接受的事。
第二点：感受不到员工有诚意或者乐意去帮助。第二天离开酒店参加本地游之后再回酒店收拾行李，因为想更改巴士票而到礼宾部查询，他说可以更改，但不清楚更改的条款，这点我明白，但他没有主动提出协助，只是一句我不知道就完结这个查询。另外想酒店帮忙安排的士接送到巴士站，他们表示酒店只能让grand taxi 进入，收费是＄100 diham，但自己到门口找的士只要$10 diham。为什么小的士就不让进入，真的让我摸不著头脑。
第三点：晚上到意大利餐厅用膳，员工以为我们是团体客人，我们表明不是，只是walk in，但被问了两次，之后更有三位不同的员工问我们的房间号码，第一次我们说了房间号码及表明已经在早上checked out 了，第二次又有另一位员工，问我们的房号，我们也再一次表明了已经checked out及会用信用卡付款，但第三次是给餐牌前再问，是不是房客？这是代表房客才可以到酒店餐厅用膳吗？我不明白为什么餐厅不太繁忙，但她们完全没有交流， 令我觉得不能好好享受这顿饭。
在这敞旅程，住了五间不同酒店，这间的服务是我认为是最差的一间。价格和服务质素不相乎。

我们入住的是，房间很大有露台，接待处员工帮我们登记入住时很有礼，并关心我们下机后怎样（虽然我们下机后第一个目的地不是菲斯）。但我只给三分的原因是因为我们第一晚入住的晚上10时，酒店员工错敲我们房间，问我们是否需要送行李到大堂。另外，我们选择在check out之后到餐厅dolce vita用餐，但2名侍应分别到我们桌子问了我们总共3次我们房号是多少，我们每次都回答我们已经check out了，会用信用卡付款。这令我们很疑惑，难道不是住客就不可以到酒店用餐吗。整体而言酒店质素还可以，但作为五星级酒店仍有待改善。

我们在这家酒店住了两晚，入住的体验很不错。这家酒店很宁静，员工都很善良，愿意提供帮助。我们去了两家餐厅，一家意大利餐厅，一家黎巴嫩餐厅。都很不错。黎巴嫩餐厅里播放了很棒的音乐，员工很友好。游泳池和花园的景色都很不错。
