通利琴行會員優惠
通利琴行之會員(包括Music For Life及香港管弦樂導師協會會員)凡於通利琴行門市購買指定產品，每消費HK$5即可儲1積分，每1,000積分可作HK$100於通利琴行門市購物使用。
會員於使用積分時，必須親身出示有效會員卡及身份證明文件作核實用途。會員積分只可用於通利琴行門市購物，不適用於網上購物、繳交學費、租用設施、門票費用、繳交訂金、維修或調音服務。

Tom Lee Music Members Privilege
Members of Tom Lee Music (including Music For Life and Hong Kong Orchestral Teachers' Circle Members) can earn 1 Music Notes on every HK$5 spending on designated products in the retail stores of Tom Lee Music. Every 1,000 Music Notes can be redeemed as HK$100.
Members must present the membership card and personal identification document upon purchase for verification purposes. The Music Note is not applicable for purchasing online, paying tuition fee, facilities rental fee, ticket cost, deposit, maintenance and tuning service charge.

*The above Music Note scheme is not applicable to the purchase of piano, electones and digital piano.
*Music Notes are applicable to purchase in retail stores of Tom Lee Music only.

" Music For Life " 收」或交回任何一間通利琴行即可。申請一經批核，會員咭於四星期後寄上。
Please send the completed application form, together with a photocopy of all purchase receipts＊ ,
to Tom Lee Music Co Ltd, 11/F Silvercord Tower 1, 30 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon or by hand at
any of our stores. Please mark " Music For Life " on the envelope. Your membership card will be sent
to you by post after 4 weeks if your application is approved.
