With this being my first semester at Auburn University, I have already had the time of my life. I have lived in Auburn for two years now and every day seems to be a better day on the plains.
I had a weird experience since I started when the pandemic did, but the learning community there is amazing. I struggled, but I never felt alone and my professors were willing to help. Amazing atmosphere for any kind of athletics! There are so many clubs and classes, anyone can feel welcome. I believe in Auburn and love it!!
As I went to their orientation, It was just so comforting and helpful. Everyone is a part of the community and it is just like a huge family. I can't wait for my years to come with being a part of the school
There have been so many opportunities for me to get involved and make new friends. The overall atmosphere makes being away from home not so bad. I would ask for more healthier food options on campus.
I have only been at Auburn University for about a year but my experience was so great and full of memories. I had made a lot of friends during my first year in college. I met some of them by my major and the others from sorority. I did not live on campus my first year but I still felt like I lived on the beautiful campus by all of the stuff off campus students got.
Auburn University was the perfect fit for me both as a student and as an individual. I found my people right away and found my place the moment I stepped foot within the quaint town. I was able to get involved within many organizations to continue my old hobbies and even develop new ones. A couple of these organizations include Women in Business, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Kappa Kappa Gamma greek life, Intramural Soccer, and even the pickleball club. Through all of these activities, I was given the opportunity to meet new people from all different backgrounds. Not only is the student involvement engaging, but also the professors. I have never had a professor that was not willing to go above and beyond to help me understand and grow as a student. These professors have taught me more about the majors that I am pursuing but also have given me the confidence I needed to succeed. All and all, Auburn University will forever hold a place in my heart for given me a forever home.
Auburn University is an amazing school to find community. A school where though there are many people it feels like only a few, it is common to see your friends everyday even if you don’t go to the same classes
I love attending Auburn University. The very first time I steeped on campus I felt immediately embraced by the Auburn Family. The campus is so clean and the people are so friendly. I was initially very scared to attend such a large university, however, after a full year of attendance, I couldn't imagine attending anywhere else.
I adore Auburn, it is so lovely on campus and the community is absolutely perfect! Ever since I stepped foot on campus I feel like I have been here my whole life. I feel welcomed and like I fit in so well. Auburn will forever have my heart.
Auburn is a college town that feels like one small community with thousands of people. The small town feeling is developed due to amazing community effort the college emphasizes. I truly have made so many connections through out my time here at Auburn University. A home away from home is a great way to describe it.
Auburn University has been one of the best experiences of my life. There has not been a day where I regretted coming here. That’s not to say there weren’t days where I doubted myself because the curriculum was quite challenging; but if there was at least one thing this university has taught me, it’s that perseverance is key to being successful. Being willing to put in the work and take it upon yourself to be successful will ultimately lead you to where you want to go. So, just as those who came before me assured it would, Auburn has been dubbed as my home.
I love it here, the housing is a little rough because there is always something to be fixed. Overall I love every professor I have had so far, even if they didn't teach the subject very well, As a person they are awesome. The food here is your normal everyday fast food choices and the edge isn't that good. My college experience as a freshman is really good in a connection way it is very easy to make friends here
I enjoy attending Auburn University because the experience it has given me has accurately prepared me for my next step in life. The university has equipped me with practical areas to grow in, and it has given me a support system to do so. I have met my best friends through campus organizations and campaigns. It has taught me the importance and joy of getting involved on campus and in my community!
I love Auburn University! It has such a small school feel with the diversity of a big school. I recommend everyone at least tour Auburn .
I encountered a blend of positive and negative experiences at Auburn. The academic programs are commendable, with knowledgeable and dedicated professors who foster a stimulating learning environment. The city of Auburn itself is delightful, offering a charming atmosphere and friendly locals. However, certain aspects of my experience leave room for improvement. The lack of diversity on campus is palpable, which hinders the opportunity for a well-rounded and inclusive college experience. The campus life, while not entirely devoid of activities, could be more vibrant and engaging for all students' interests. The limited variety of campus food options leaves students with a monotonous dining experience. Furthermore, the lack of housing options on/near campus poses a significant challenge. Finding affordable student housing remains a challenge, adding unnecessary stress to their academic pursuits. Despite these shortcomings, my time at Auburn University was mostly positive.
My experience with Auburn University has been great. I have been pleased with everything I have experienced.
Loved Auburn!!!Great college experience!! Met lifelong friends there. Great athletic programs and great party scene. Got an amazing education as well.

Auburn University was the only college I applied to. I went there after visiting several other schools on a college tour and it felt like home. The people are friendly and it has an approachable small town vibe that is only a couple hours away from big cities. It also offers great academics and restaurants. Finding your group on campus that shares your interests in crucial to enjoying any undergraduate experience. It's not perfect but I would not have chosen to attend anywhere else.
I enjoyed being immersed into a dynamic student body with challenging curriculum as well as being pushed to further my involvement, education, and relationship within this college.
