ok for a teenager

worked night shift and it was easy and chill but only 3 people were scheduled during the night so it was more work to do. during the day there’s usually too many people scheduled so sometimes u just stand there having nothing to do. no benefits really and you don’t really get any breaks. pay not the best but it was weekly so

A typical day at Dunkin is either okay or a hostile environment Coworkers are rude until they get comfortable with you which is ridiculous for the work place. They don’t train and then get mad when you don’t know how to do something or a policy about the store you were never informed of getting your hours cut is easy getting them back is hard management is will degrade and belittle staff If custom...

good starter job

I believe the location varies, I've worked at two other Dunkin's and I'd say job satisfaction depends on location. Staff has to do a lot with how well you will like working. The job is easy, but co-workers can make it harder on you. It is a good first job overall.

Laid back but no room from advancement

Its a chill work environment but like any service job the customers are going to be the biggest headache. Management is chill and responds to your problems if you are straight with them.

Employees and staff very back stabbing and dramatic, run far from this place.

The work is easy and sometimes fast paced but the environment is toxic. And you get paid dirt. You wouldn’t want to eat or drink there once you see how filthy and uncaring some of the employees are and the management is a joke. Everyone blames each other and they treat the customers like dogs.
