Octopus was delicious; not overcooked and the accoutrements matched perfectly. The Texas Platter was good, but the best part of the dish was grilled corn. The salsa that came with free chips was also very good. Only complaint is that the restaurant opens up to food hall, which makes it very noisy in restaurant.

Very good chips & salsa, as well as other food. Wish there were fans and better ventilation so you wouldn't leave smelling like a fajita!

On the advice of friends, wehad our first visit to Urbano on a Saturday evening. Wonderful first impression—seated right away, attentive server who made some suggestions as we had questions about the menu. Warm chips and two salsa selections were provided to the table right away. Great drink options, apps, and meals. We had the margaritas, pictured, steak fajitas and enchiladas. Very good! There is an adjacent large patio, which was not open based on the weather, but I imagine it to be a great place to hang out for drinks and food with friends in the warmer months to come. Definitely recommend and we will be back. As a sidenote, the restaurant is adjacent to the open food hall, however separated by a wall so that you are not in the midst of all of the hustle and bustle in that open area, which was doing a great business as well. Overall, a great impression.

AMAZING! Food was 10/10 - everything was a party in my mouth from the second we sat down! Guac, Salsas, chips, oysters with chorizo (chefs kiss), steak fajitas, rice, and beans. Our server was also amazing- he was the nicest and was so attentive! They even had crayons & a picture to color on for my kiddo which was so cute! Me & my hubby will DEFINITELY be back, the menu has so many yummy things left to try!!!!

The food overall was good; service was uneven; ambience suffers from being being overly loud, overly bright, and tables arranged in a way that there is no sense of privacy. Loud music and poor acoustics made conversation very difficult (party of 3 adults), especially since I have a hearing impairment (hearing aids amplify the noise). I asked for a quieter table upon arrival and although they tried to accommodate me (table toward the back wall), the noise level was still way too high. Food overall was good; excellent guacamole; burrito was good; grilled shrimp was very spicy hot even though my wife asked if the sauce could be served on the side. Our server said that could be done but the plate arrived with the hot jalapeño sauce mixed in. I ordered mezcal marinated rib eye steak that was very good, but it was a small portion with no accompaniments other than two scallions (overpriced). Other meals were better value with good portions. Service was uneven; very good in the beginning and food was served in a timely manner but getting the check was a hassle. Couldn’t get the server’s attention; after a good 10 minutes he made eye contact and motioned for the check, he nodded, then he got distracted; another 5 minutes passed and I had to speak loudly (because of the noise) but nicely to ask again for it. Took him another 5 minutes before he finally brought it but seemed unfamiliar with how to bill it to my InKind app even though the restaurant is running promotions on it. I want the restaurant to succeed since it is an anchor of The Heights food hall. It has a way to go.

The food was reasonable, service good, but the pace is noisy and not conducive to a. pleasurable dining experience. Parking is not easy in the area and there are bo signs to show where to park. Sorry - we had looked forward to having a nice upscale food hall available to our neighborhood. This doesn't meet those standards.

Food is delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired. It took a long time for our server to notice that we had been seated and once he did notice he looked at the empty water glasses said “oh” and walked away without introducing himself to get the water. Our appetizer and entrees came out at the same time.

The food and service were very good. The portions were quite large. The noise level made any conversation impossible. I requested that they lower the volume of the music which they did but people were still talking very loud so it did not help. I had a difficult time opening the door to leave which could be a fire hazard in the future. I will be going for lunch this week so it might be a totally different experience.
