Perry lost his battle with cancer on May 15th. He was survived by his mother, stepfather, four brothers, six sisters, and five children (Megan, Annabelle, Ramanda, Wendi and Timmy). He had two grandchildren (Zane and Brock). He also had for stepchildren (Candice, Jennifer, Heather and Tabitha).
Perry was a very unique soul, and was always the life of the party, the show stopper and just a good time. He has never met a stranger because he knew everyone no matter where he went. He was one smooth talker in every situation. That is why he is P.H.A.T (Perry Horton's All That). He was always there to help everyone even if everything didn't go to plan. Some of the things he loved was being outside tinkering around, building fires, being at the lake and dogs. Sometimes he liked dogs more than people. He always wanted some good tunes being played and putting smiles on faces. What he loved over anything was his family but most of all, he loved his kids. He loved collecting a variety of things. He had a very large collection and this includes knowledge. He was very smart. He knew something about everything and had so many interesting useless facts. If you needed a good laugh he was your guy. He will be missed by so many but we should remember he isn't in pain anymore. He is looking over us now partying in heaven. Until we meet again, love you with all my heart!
