good service on the telephone. I had to wait some time but everything was handled well.
Not so good is that the online reservation was not confirmed and that I had to make the call to get the confirmation.

Made the mistake of believing that my promised refund would be credited in 10 days as per the Customer Care email.
I have been waiting since MORE THAN 4 years now for my promised hardearned money.
It just shows how professional and sincere Govoyage with clients.
I know no company which is so shameless !
Legally they are supposed to reimburse me within 3 months as per the French law. So my lawyer will take it up now as I have enough proof that Govoyage gives refund deadlines and then doesn’t respect it.
Advice to future customers : stay away!

This company is a scam. The have prices on skyscanner, always the lowest. When you fill out all the details, including credit card, if you haven't bought any extra service that they try so hard to sell you with dark patterns, they say the price you had selected isn't available anymore. The same happens with e-dreams. This is an illegal practice and it should be stopped immediately. I have contacted several different types of authorities to make sure you stop scamming people. This had happend to me months ago and i thought it was just a bug, but now, months later, it happened to my boyfriend. God I hope they are not storing my credit card info. Please report this website for phishing.
