Ordered in September 2022. Wrong item sent, returned the next day and it's now Dec and I am still waiting for my refund, that for some reason won't appear on my account portal (used for order, returns and exchanges). I usually like the clothing from topmanuk.sale but this time I was let down. After several back and forth emails to a customer rep I received an email stating they won't accept the return, due to the packing being damaged.

Topshop has always been pretty hit-and-miss for me and my partner. Boyfriend just ordered two pairs of shorts in the same size, one fits and the other is too tight? We are confused but not shocked, sizing always seems to be an issue from here whether it is TopMan or TopShop.
Wont stop us buying again another time but will definitely need to go in store instead, scared of the returns process for these honestly.

Staff in your Intu Derby store are always very friendly and willing to have a conversation whilst packing your goods! One con would be that it’s always too hot in your store but apart from that, it’s great. A massive selection and usually have my size so I’m a happy bunny! I will continue to shop there and optimise my student discount.

UPDATE: Topman has reviewed my situation and they've refunded me fully for the wrong item and shipping as well! I'm happy and satisfied that they've done that for me. Thank you Topman! You've changed my whole perspective on your customer service in a good way!

I read so many negative reviews yet have nothing but positive feedback to share. Topman website made it easy to order and received my package as promised. I’m glad I gave it a fair chance - excellent quality clothing too.

I used to always order Christmas/birthday gifts for my boyfriend every year from Topman and looking recently, I can’t find a single decent item. Topman as a brand have gone down hill and the designs just get odder and odder. No wonder they’ve started to sell more brand goods. Next Day Delivery is overpriced just like Topshop. I think I’m going to have to miss ordering from there this year unfortunately as I can’t find a single item online that will do as an xmas present.

Topman sells great quality/value gear. Delivery process great. Had a problem with tracking a return and communication wasn't ideal due to the present problems caused by Covid. However the issue was resolved and item refunded within 14 days so overall I am happy and will continue to shop although I think I will return items to the shop as refund is immediate and simple

Topman/Topshop are rotten to the core! But this latest stunt is the final nail in the cofin for me! Firstly the stuff they sell are overpriced crap suited for the Camden market/starbucks/manbun type of men who love skinny jeans!
But them saying BLM matters and that's all that matters and if anyone dare disagrees they will delete the comment why don't you just block them too! Who do you think you are if someone wants to say all lives matters who are you to delete their comments! Also you wasn't saying all those nonsense before June you're marketing agent told you to say this and trust me your business is going to go the same way your parents Burton went!

Topman are a huge high street brand and you'd expect a half-decent online shopping experience.
They use Yodel - the absolute worst delivery service I've ever experienced.
If this isn't reason enough to avoid them, it's difficult to get a hold of them via Twitter and other means of contact because they take hours to answer every time.
Won't be ordering online with them again. No excuse for such a well known brand to be so crap.

Received an email on 22nd December offering guaranteed Xmas delivery for 99p so I placed an order, 2 days later receive an email stating deliveries are being delayed !! Absolute joke of a company !! No doubt the fat bum big nose owner is isolating on a yacht feeling smug !!AVOID

Still waiting for my parcel, ordered at the end of November. Worst customer care ever. The parcel has been stuck in Singapore since December 7th, but they keep blaming their courier. I really like Topman, this was my first time ordering something online from them, never again.

I bought a suit on the 30 Jun 2020 which was promptly delivered, but the jacket was damaged. I've tried to return the jacket using the website and Customer Care and after 10 emails sent, nothing has happened.

Recieved several missing items, fought over this for over a month, only to pay to ship it back. Paid for shipping twice and recieved absolutely nothing. A complete waste of time and money, the most horrendous online shopping experience and a non existing customer service. Topman could not care less, do not buy online from here!

Calling what they have as customer service would be a bad joke. They don't bother to read your email (or they just simply can't comprehend English) and give you random templated answers.
Has to be the worst customer support I have ever experienced online. Will never use them again as they don't honour their discounts and lie about stock. A COMPLETE JOKE!

I have been trying to buy two pairs ofTopman skinny fit jeans since Dec 2019 and it is now nearly Feb 2020. Each time I order jeans fromTopman on line or through the shop they send the wrong size or they cancel the order.I have now given up and they can stick em where the sun dont shine. Thick unintelligent bimbos in the shops and customer services that are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard!

Complete joke! Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Customer services don’t respond.
No warning on website regarding administration at the time of ordering, disgraceful. Hermes tracking says they haven’t even received the package yet which was due with them 8 days ago. I want my order or a refund asap.

Bought several items online with a mixture of money and gift cards. Then returned an item and didn't receive a refund and was told the money has been returned to said gift card, however, like most would, I binned it after use!
I've emailed on 4 separate occasions over the last two months and not received a single reply...
CS in the majority of companies is struggling right now but this is beyond a joke.

Please becareful Topman.eu all if buying from Topman.eu YOU WILL BE CHARGED CUSTOMS with deliveries to europe , i recieved an email from topman explaining i still have to pay the customs charge even though the item is being sent to greece ordered from topman.eu ,i dont know how companies get away with this but they are , the email i have from the company states ,all our clothing is in the uk lol (Then dont put topman EU with out a banner right across the front of your site stating you will pay customs )
