We are very proud of our school and our students. From its modified block schedule, to its integrated math instruction, to our amazing array of student activities, Bay High School has implemented cutting-edge educational programs that have paid off in exceptionally high student achievement in academics, music and art.

Bay High is a school where "everybody knows your name." Our students never disappoint when called upon to contribute their time and talents to many worthy causes.

Our teachers, administrators and counselors recognize that adolescents face many pressures in today's society, and we encourage students to take advantage of a wide range of programs that address making good decisions in dealing with life's challenges, peer pressure, and modeling good behavior and mentoring younger students.

Bay High School

Jason Martin has served as principal at Bay High School since 2011. Prior to that, he was assistant principal at Bay High, beginning in 2005. He began his career as a high school English instructor and literary magazine advisor, and served as an assistant principal of student services at Marion Harding High School before coming to Bay Village. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from John Carroll University and a Master's in Education from the University of Dayton. He holds a Superintendent's License from Bowling Green State University.
