a year ago i reset my pc because my harddrive was corrupted, i switched over to a ssd it worked for a couple months then started getting buggy and i assume my windows install got messed up in the reset so i go to reset it again to see if it would help but i wouldnt work because it says it couldnt find recovery environment and the computer wont let me make one because it says it doesnt have the files needed to do so, so i gave up on it for a couple months, now the pc wont even boot into windows, is there anything i can do

If you have another PC and a USB drive you can follow this guide to do a fresh install.
The only other computer I have is a MacBook will that work?
I'm sure it's possible but I'm not very familiar with Macs so I'm not sure how to do it.
