Amazing experience. Very well maintained and organized. Would Definitely recommend this to everyone. What a great experience. For a federal facility I was very impressed with the service and attitude of the workers. Loved it!!!!
This was an exceptional experience. The process for loading, meals, and travel were done with sheer precision. Tony was the ideal your guide and Patrick was the consummate driver.
We found the helicopter tour on a QR code link that the park ranger at Glen Canyon dam gave us. We scheduled the tour the same day and it was fabulous. Our pilot was very nice and informative. We were surprised to land on the butte!! An awesome trip
Despite the heat 105°,it was a great tour. Our tour guide Brandon was very knowledgeable friendly and a great photographer. Out bus driver John was great handling the busses minor issue. Great experience, you must be able to walk a great deal. Need to have more shopping time.
My family did the sunset tour and WOW!!! Dave picked us up at Yavapai Lodge and had a booster seat for my son, had cold waters for us, and did an amazing job of getting us to “the spots” to see the canyon as well as explain the history of the area. At sunset he helped us climb down to the best spot and also had blankets for all the guests! He even offered to help us with photos! Sorry this longer than normal review….but while on our Buckwild tour we saw some of the other tours and the hummers definitely have the best seating arrangement and comfort . We will be doing this again on our return visit to the Grand Canyon! Call them now and they will even follow up with texts to keep you up to date on your tour. Stop reading this review and just call them!!
Until you fly over the Grand Canyon you cannot fathom the immensity of it. Our flight was a bit bumpy but the pilot was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
We had an amazing experience touring the Grand Canyon with Sheldon as our guide. He was incredibly friendly and fun, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. Sheldon has a wealth of knowledge about the area and shared it with us in such a creative and engaging way. He made sure everyone was happy with the stops we made and gave us plenty of time to explore each one. The lunch provided was excellent as well. His enthusiasm and attention to detail made the whole experience unforgettable, and he even helped us appreciate the little things in life. Highly recommend!
Absolutely superb experience. Would not dream of going back to Grand Canyon without booking this tour. Staff very knowledgeable and safety conscious. The pilot played perfect music while flying and also was a great tour guide answering all questions. Truly one of a kind experience.
The trip was a great experience. Robert was a skillful driver, very knowledgeable about the area, and provided historic context and trivia along the way. And Franco kept things moving, keeping us on time and always assisting riders as needed. We appreciated all his efforts to take care of us and make us comfortable. A great team!
Our tour guide Brad was so good! He picked us up at our hotel in Sedona on time in spacious comfortable van. The ride to the train depot in Williams went quickly because Brad was informative.
The train ride was good but not much to see. We enjoyed Buckshot the fiddler on the one- way ride. We missed the shootout at the Williams train depot but the sheriff walked the train. The train ride was one way to the south rim of the geand canyon village. We had 1 1/2 hour to walk around rim. Even though it was June and warm, nice breeze so walking the Rim was pleasant.
We met the rest of group at Bright Angel Lodge and got back in van. We left through east rim and saw 2 elk. Brad gave us some of the native american history which was very interesting but sad. We stopped at Cameron Trading Post for 30 minutes. I bought pretty silver necklace at fair price. We then drove through Flagstaff to drop off 2 visitors. Brad shared lot of great history about agriculture and geology. We got back to our hotel in Sedona 6pm.
This was a great tour led by Driver/Guide Patrick who shared his knowledge of the history of each location. We enjoyed the laid back setting and the time we had at each location. He took us to the best spots for pics but let’s be honest the Grand Canyon is a sight one must see in person because pictures don’t give it justice. It’s the best way to see the Red Rocks of Sedona, The Painted Desert, Wild Horses, Oak Creek Canyon and the South Rim of the Grabd Canyon. Worth your money!
Werner our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He took us to some fascinating locations in the canyon to experience. Along the way sharing some great history facts, and sharing his own personal experiences. He really made the ride enjoyable and something to remember. Highly recommend this tour company. The views were incredible, and Werner made it even more special with the historic parts, but not in the sense that it was boring. He definitely gave you a bit of time to just take it all in .
We rode in the luxury dome one way to the Grand Canyon. The entertrainment was a little cheesy but was meant to be. I thought the ride would get boring but we enjoyed ourselves and the trip felt like it went quickly.
We were allowed to explore all the cars and go outside on the platform. However, I believe that was dependent on which car you rode in. You could explore the cars that cost less than your ticket but not in reverse. Purchasing the the luxury dome ticket was worth the extra money just to be able to explore the entire train.
You can just go up for the afternoon, but if you choose to stay overnight they do a great job handling the luggage so you don't have to. You can immediately take off exploring when you arrive and your bags will magically appear in your hotel room that evening.
If you’re debating who to book a tour with, think no further! Our guide, Victoria was just amazing! She is just the sweetest, nature loving individual. You can tell she truly LOVES what she does! What a great experience with such a knowledgeable guide. Thank you Victoria for this experience, it would not have been the same without you!
