Apparently we went during a busy weekend because BJ’s ran out of some items we wanted from the menu. Our server was fine, very friendly and accommodating but one of the sides was left off so we had to ask and remind them. We still enjoyed our dinner and will go back again in the future.

We had the best service I’ve received in a restaurant in a very long time. I wish I could recall our waiter’s name because he was outstanding!

took forever to get our food. came out cold. The before dinner sides came out when we were already half way done with our meal. The sides came out cold also. did not have the side that i wanted had to settle for something different.

Had a reservation but still had to wait 20 minutes. Appetizers arrived at different times and some cold. Food was ok. Server was nice but seemed overwhelmed saying the kitchen was backed up. waited for 45 minutes for food.

Cheeseburger was dry and overcooked. My wife’s French dip was like leather. Server was nice but only offered “ sorry you didn’t like your food.” It

We were greeted by the hostess who was about as lack-luster as could be. She acted like she did not want to be there, and we were disturbing her. I attempted to give her my rewards number as it states to do when made my reservation and rather rudely stated to give it to the server. She should not be at the front door. Our server was quite good. Very cheery, helpful and attentive. Only complaint is she did not place our receipt in for rewards points despite us giving her our number when she first greeted us. We lost out on over 40 dollars' worth of points. Food was quite good and an excellent value for burger night. Would recommend but don't expect much from the hostess as this has happened before and be sure to bring your receipt home so you can add it to your account for points credit, we were unaware to do this.
