General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, these programs and offers apply to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi HKTVmall Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").“Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel Transaction" refers to eligible transactions made with an Eligible Card via the designated “Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel” in HKTVmall platform. No Points, cash or any other forms of rebates will be granted by Citibank for Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel Transaction, unless otherwise specified by Citibank.
  2. “Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel” refers to the non-card association payment channel between Citibank and Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited (“HKTVmall”) that customer may choose to make payment to HKTVmall using the Eligible Card.

  4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  5. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the provision of the products or services by HKTVmall. HKTVmall and/or registered merchants on HKTVmall are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
  6. Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Card accounts with good credit record in order to be eligible for the offers. In case there is any fraud / abuse, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the offers rewarded under these programs directly from the Eligible Card account without prior notice, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the offers, and/or suspend the Eligible Card account for investigation without prior notice.
  7. Citibank reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and HKTVmall.
  9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions of Points Accumulations and Redemption

  1. Cardholders of Eligible Card will be awarded 1 Point per HK$1(or equivalent foreign currency) charged (“Basic Point”); extra 4 Points will be awarded per HK$1(or equivalent foreign currency) if the transaction is made on Mondays (“Bonus Point”) The Bonus Point will be credit to Eligible Card account on the next business day after the transaction is posted and is subject to a maximum of 50,000 Points to each Eligible Card account per statement cycle. Transactions of “PayAll’ program are not eligible to Bonus Point.
  2. All Points earned by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same Eligible Card will be accumulated under the principal Cardholder's account.
  3. Only principal Cardholders are eligible for Points redemption.
  4. Invalid transactions not eligible for Points include, but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and Quick Cash Installment Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program, Payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, Citi HKTVmall Card payment channel’s transaction, HKTV Pay transactions, "Dynamic Currency Conversion transactions", i.e. transactions with conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong Dollars involved at the point of the transaction, or unposted /cancelled /refunded/falsified/unauthorized transactions.
  5. Citibank may add to, or remove from, the list of invalid transactions as stated in Clause 4 above from time to time at its discretion. The decision of Citibank as to what constitutes an invalid transaction shall be final and conclusive.
  6. Points earned on Eligible Card are evergreen.
  7. Should any transaction in the monthly statement be cancelled or refunded for whatever reason, the Points earned in respect to those transactions will be deducted or cancelled.
  8. Reward points reversal will be applied in the statement cycle when reversal transaction is posted which differ from the statement cycle of corresponding purchase transaction. Accelerated/bonus reward points will be awarded only if cumulative value of new purchase transactions in the respective spend category is higher than the value of transactions reversed.

Terms and Conditions for the 5% discount on “Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel Transaction" Program:

  1. Cardholders of Eligible Card are entitled to 5% direct discounts limited to purchases on Thursdays for Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel Transaction; the 5% discount will be instantly reflected in HKTVmall payment page upon choosing to use Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel and entering the relevant coupon code. Coupon code will be communicated via HKTVmall app notification or other channels to cardholders. Please refer to HKTVmall’s website on www.hktvmall.com for the latest definition of eligible spending.
  2. Offer is not applicable to purchases of HKTVmall e- Gift Vouchers, Stage 1 Milk Powder, Apple products, iTunes gift cards, Online Game Vouchers, 999 gold items and logistics goods. HKTVmall reserves the right to update the list of excluded items.
  3. Credit card association (VISA) chargeback rights/protection is not applicable to Citi HKTVmall Card payment Channel Transaction because they will not be processed through credit card association. Citibank will not held responsible in related to the dealings of customers with HKTVmall including the payment amount, the proper and timely delivery of goods or services cessation of business, winding up or bankruptcy of Payees.
