Ryan Garcia's epic win over Devin Haney has quickly become delegitimized due to positive results coming back for a banned substance on the part of King Ryan.

Garcia has been adamant that he did not take any performance-enhancing drugs, at least not knowingly. That may be the case, but Garcia has admitted to being on something else during the fight.

Ryan Garcia admits he fought Devin Haney on drugs, but not steroids

Ryan Garcia was drunk and high leading up to Haney fight

While speaking on the Fully Tilted podcast, Garcia claimed that he was on drugs while in the ring; just not steroids. He says he was "high as f***" when he beat Haney.

It was literally drinking every day, smoking weed. I didn't stop not even until the f***ing day of the fight. And I got in there high as f*** and I beat his ass. It was a walk in the f***ing park. I had harder fights in sparring.

While that certainly isn't illegal, at least not in every state, it's still a bad look for Garcia. It shows a lack of respect for the sport that helps create a legacy and make money for him. It also is a bad look for Haney, given he lost so handily to an under the influence Garcia.
