You’re a therapist. Unlicensed. Yet you seem to be on-call and ineffective. Who’s calling you for recommendations for other therapists? I mean, I know you have a long history of crazy, but shouldn’t YOU be the therapist that the show needs (simply by default, as Nate’s exodus from medicine has left us with no doctor)? (And could you meet Alan and talk shop?)
I have no idea what you do at Cassidy-whatever because we never see you doing it. I do not feel you are qualified to do it, regardless. I’m sure everyone there loves the free coffee though.
Crimson Lights. This, THIS is your calling. But if you went back to being a therapist, at least Esther would get some screen time. Let’s consider others who are so far on the back burner, they’ve fallen off the stove. Maybe Elena could train as a barista? Maybe your daughter-in-law could sing to customers? Faith could wipe down some tables?

Sharon should've sold Cameron's company and opened up her own practice with an office we actually see, maybe there's a patient she takes who turns out to be her long lost sibling via her dad we never met and that person finally helps introduce Sharon to her birth father. Or she gets a call from her bitch of a mom who's very ill and finally tells her who her father is. Sharon is too important of a character to be sidelined to one episode a month.
I wish they would recast Doris with, like Kim Zimmer. And give Sharon some siblings, Sarah brown would make a great long lost sister

What is happening with Sharon? They were all in with the new company and poof…. She has disappeared and only makes guest star appearances on a show where she was lead actress for years. Is Sharon Case off contract? Is she ill? Is this JG’s doing?
