Lincoln – He held the manor of Sapperton in his demesne as of fee and enfeoffed Thomas Tuchet, parson of Mackworth, and John Tuchet, clerk, with the intention that after his death they should enfeoff his heir in fee simple when he reached full age. If no heir reached full age they should enfeoff John, brother of Thomas, on condition that he took the name and arms of John Tuchet, knight. After the grant he continued to take the issues and profits to his own use. He died on 19 December last. James his son and heir was aged 10 years on 26 December.
Of the options for his mother among existing WikiTree profiles, I think Maud de Grey more likely than Margaret Mortimer.
Any objection if I change his mother to be Maud Grey?
(See also Mortimer-48 & comments on her profile for background that leads me to say she's not the best choice for his mother.)
