I hate Blackberry. The stupid thing freezes up all the time. Often when I receive or make a call, I can hear them talking but they can`t hear me. The up/down load arrow in the corner is going crazy the whole time showing that it`s trying. It`s not like I have apps running since I don`t have any. Even when I reset by pulling the battery it has the problem. Mostly late at night once it`s being woke up from sitting idle for a while. Unfortunately it`s a company phone so I can`t just go get a droid but that`s next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How bad the lag is?

If you will be able to navigate through..
Master`s factoory reset, please do so..
Settings > Privacy / Backup > Restore Factory settings

If you cannot, then please do another hard reset. The one you last did. But after rebooting it, don`t use it for about an hour. Just let it idle and feel the new settings it had.

Now, if that did not also fix the problem, you need to go into recovery mode.
- Make sure phone is off
- press and hold Volume Up & Down and the Poer button for about 5 seconds or when the screen shows up.
- Navigate, like the way you used in hard reset
- Clear data and cache
- Factory reset
- after turning on, let it sit still before setting it up again.

My BlackBerry Bold 9780 did that. It is normal its the phone not your husband. If you have insurance take it to the shop and they will send it off to repairs. The repair shop will give you a brand new one.

Good day it is possible that there`s many application that open at the same time to yout device just close all application and uninstall the applicaton that you are not using to save memory space and to increase the speed of your device.

Wait patiently for 20 min. If it is still stuck on screen, it might need a hardware change.
