OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — An Owensboro theater company is inviting everyone to their Spring production of "Nunsense: The Mega Musical."
The comedy is a spoof about the misadventures of nuns in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Two of the cast members joined 44News this morning to talk more about this years show.
Rebecca Volk is playing the role of Sister Mary Amnesia and Elaina Norton is taking over the role of Sister Mary Leo.
Encore Musicals say the original "Nunsense" had only five nuns who shared their hilarious story, but the "Mega Musical" is super-sized and will include 10 nuns and one Friar.
On Friday, April 26th and Saturday, April 27th, doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with BINGO starting at 6:45 p.m., and the show starts at 7 p.m.
On Sunday, April 28th, doors open at 1:30 p.m., BINGO starts at 1:45 p.m., and the show starts at 2 p.m.
All performances will be held at Third Baptist Church located at 527 Allen Street in Owensboro.
