Sunshine Cruz took a moment to greet her partner Macky Mathay on their fifth anniversary as a couple on September 17.
Posting on Instagram, Sunshine shared several photos of her happy family as she began her post by writing, "Five years! I wasn't just blessed with a supportive and loving partner but also I gained three additional angels."
"Thank you for being supportive and caring to me and my girls," Sunshine's post reads. "Thank you for being one of my inspirations to always try to be a better version of myself. Thank you for always believing in me."
Sunshine also said she's not just grateful to Macky but to his three kids as well, Ro, Cole, and Charlie. She added that they are a blessing to her and her three girls, Angelina, Sam, and Chesca.
Both Sunshine and Macky have three children each from previous relationships. Sunshine was married to actor Cesar Montano and their union was annulled in 2018 following a four-year legal battle.
According to a report, Sunshine and Macky confirmed their relationship in October 2016. Their love story started when Macky sent Sunshine a direct message on Instagram that simply read, "Hi!" and a second message followed after that where he said that he's the half-brother of actress Ara Mina.
